Shipping, delivery and returns
Everything you need to know about how ViriFlow gets to you, how to track it, and how returns work.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed and leave our U.S. fulfillment center within one business day of being placed. Standard delivery within the United States takes three to six business days after dispatch. The 3 and 6 bottle packages include free U.S. shipping; a small shipping fee applies to the 2 bottle package and is shown at checkout.
Tracking your order
As soon as your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow its progress. If you have not seen a confirmation within two business days, check your spam folder, then contact orders@viriflowformula.com and we will resend it.
International orders
ViriFlow ships primarily within the United States. Where international delivery is available, transit times and any customs duties vary by destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact us before ordering from outside the U.S. so we can confirm availability.
Returns and refunds
Every order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, email orders@viriflowformula.com with your order number and our team will provide return instructions and the address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received, usually within five to seven business days. Full details are on the refund policy page.
Wrong or damaged items
If anything arrives damaged or your order is not what you expected, contact us within seven days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
