Refund Policy

The guarantee

If you are not satisfied with ViriFlow for any reason, you may request a refund of your product purchase within 60 days of the delivery date. The guarantee applies whether the bottles are unopened, partly used or empty.

How to request a refund

Email orders@viriflowformula.com or call +1 (208) 555-0148 with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.

Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service. Please do not send returns to any address other than the one provided by our support team, as returns sent elsewhere cannot be processed.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within five to seven business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.

Bonuses and shipping

Any free digital eBooks are yours to keep and have no cash value. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable. The product purchase amount is fully covered by the guarantee.
